Music Integration Services Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates Clara for Choirs ("Clara", the "Service"), a virtual accompanist for choral institutions, available on iPad and the web. Clara is currently offered exclusively through pilot programmes with schools, churches, and other organisations. We are registered in England and Wales (company number 16476021) and act as the data controller under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We retain institutional and user data for the duration of the pilot plus a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and support obligations (typically up to six years for financial records). You may request deletion of personal data at any time, subject to our ongoing contractual and legal duties.

We apply industry-standard measures to protect data. No system is completely secure. Please contact us immediately if you suspect any issue.

Essential cookies and local storage keep you signed in. Analytics via PostHog help us understand how institutions use Clara during pilots. Most tracking can be controlled through browser settings.

Clara is provided to institutions. When used with young people, the participating school or organisation is responsible for obtaining any required consents. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13.

Where processors are based outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards as required by law.
